We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Hospice Nurse to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide quality end-of-life care to patients in need. This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of individuals and their families during challenging times.
Per diem and on-call opportunities throughout the Inland Empire!
Duties:
- Provide direct patient care in hospice settings
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor patient conditions and report changes to healthcare providers
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
- Offer emotional support and guidance to patients and their families
- Ensure comfort and dignity for patients throughout their end-of-life journey
Experience:
- Previous experience in hospice is preferred
- Experience with HospiceMD preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to provide compassionate care in sensitive situations
- Experience working with diverse patient populations, including children and older adults
Pay: $50.00 - $55.00 per hour
